Order procedure:

1. Select your preferred items from our on-line catalogue and let us know the Item No and quantity you need.

2. We send you order form for your confirmation after getting your order information.

3. Send the payment to us.

4. We will send the goods within 1 or 2 working days after receiving your payment.

5. Tracking number given to buyers once the goods are sent out, with which the buyers can check the order status online.

6. Give us feedback when you get the goods.

Do you retail or wholesale?

We sell single products as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15% discount depending on quantity and quality of items.

Can I order a piece of products as sample?

Yes, we accept samples orders. Order procedures are the same as mentioned above.

How long can I receive my goods?

They are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take about one week.

How the things are delivered?

Usually they are sent via air express like EMS, TNT, DHL. If you have shoes or jewelry made to order, ship by container, please contact us.
