Notice: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after payment. All goods are inspected and verified prior to dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. By making payment, the buyer acknowledges receipt of these terms and agrees that P.O.P. Wholesale shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising after delivery or transfer of goods to the carrier.
Shipping Terms & Disclaimer:
We are responsible for:
- All shipping costs, custom duties, and any fee for custom clearance (if any)
- Actively providing updates to your delivery progress
- Actively participating in custom clearance handling whenever necessary.
However, once the parcels are handed to the carrier, certain matters go beyond our control and therefore we shall hold zero liability:
- Delays due to unexpected issues from the carrier.
- Delays due to custom inspections, holds, or clearance failures.
- Seizure, return, or damage of goods caused by customs.
- Damage or loss during transit
We will always take the responsibility to assist whenever possible, but we cannot hold liability for any delivery fails due to any unexpected scenarios above.

2️⃣ “Priority Express” Air Shipping: 5-7 days (with 5% surcharge added to the total purchase value)
3️⃣ “Sea shipping”: 20-30 days (sea departure every Wednesday)
Each shipping option has its own threshold of $500 USD (Or the same value in any other equivalent currency), seperately as minimum shipping requirement. The above applies to the US region. For other countries and regions, please refer to the timeline below.
Minimum Ordering Quantity:
- No MOQ to start your order.
- However, a $100 USD additional shipping cost shall apply to any orders under the $500 USD threshold.
- Our e-shop system shall automatically waive such fee when your order has reached the threshold.
Delivery times, costs, and customs-related process varies across different countries:

Delivery Procedures & Tracking (Air Shipping):
1️⃣ Order Confirmation
- The delivery process starts on the first day AFTER any successful payment.
- Order confirmation message will be provided by our logistic hotline via WhatsApp/ Email.
2️⃣ Local Delivery to Logistics Centre and Quality Check
- All ordered goods shall arrive at the logistic centre and completed quality check in 2-3 days.
- The parcels are handed to the carrier (UPS/ FedEx/ DHL/ DPD) at this stage.
- Progress updates with pictures of the checked goods will be provided by our hotline.
3️⃣ Tracking Number and Delivery to the Airport
- Tracking number will be provided in 1-2 days after all goods leaving the logistic centre.
4️⃣ Parcel Scanning & Flight Arrangements:
- All parcel shall undergo a scanning process before any flight departure
- This scanning process’s lead time is subject to the airport facility’s efficiency.
- The tracking system might still show that “the parcels are not received” before such scanning, however, it is confirmed that the parcels are with the carrier by the time they leave the logistic centre.
- At this stage, a more accurate estimated arrival time may show and to be provided by our hotline.
5️⃣ Flight and Custom Process
- The logistic company shall arrange the earliest possible flight once the parcels are scanned.
- If there is any unexpected issue with flight arrangements causing delays, updates will be provided by our hotline.
- Once landed, the parcels shall proceed to the custom clearance process.

6️⃣ Local Delivery
- It takes 1-2 days for the local delivery, from airport to your designated address.
- If weekends are involved, it may take an extra 1-2 days subject to the carrier’s capacity and efficiency.

Sea Shipping’s Special Arrangement:
Please note that sea shipping operates with a very straight weekly cutoff & sailing schedule:
🇺🇸 Sea shipping schedules (USA):
- Sailing departure every Wednesday
- Deadline for goods arrival at port facility: The Saturday before departure
- Cut off for placing order: Every Thursday (so as to allow goods to depart on the next Wednesday)
